Organization defines health not just as the absence of disease but a complete

important that you eat regularly, and that is three full meals a day. Skipping
meals is not good because you deprive your body of its needed energy to be able
to combat disease and carry out certain functions.

sleep. Rest is very crucial to the maintenance of good health. Everyone should
have eight hours of sleep every night to allow the body to be fully recharged
for the next day’s activities. Some people think that they can go on without
proper rest. They push themselves to the limit and until their body breaks and
malfunctions.

a good inclusion for maintaining healthy lifestyles. Exercise keeps the body at
par and it keeps the proper hormones going.
